Welcome to UIBlockify! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website uiblockify.co and all related products and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by UIBlockify (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using UIBlockify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use UIBlockify. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account and Access

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content available through UIBlockify — including design blocks, templates, UI sections, visuals, code, and branding — is the property of UIBlockify or its contributors and is protected under copyright law.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use components in your design work and projects, but not to resell or redistribute them.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to UIBlockify or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Effective Date" and may notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Use of the Service

UIBlockify allows designers to access and copy ready-made UI sections, components, and wireframes for use in Figma.
You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute UIBlockify content outside of permitted use;
Use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes on intellectual property rights;
Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the Service.

Subscription & Payments

Some features of UIBlockify require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments are handled securely via lemonsqueezy.
Subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
No refunds are provided for partial use or unused time after a billing cycle has started, unless otherwise stated.

Figma Integration

The Service offers functionality that connects to your Figma account via copy-paste or Figma embed methods.
You acknowledge that UIBlockify is not affiliated with Figma and that use of Figma remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

UIBlockify is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Figma or Stripe).
